About Charrería;

Charrería is the national sport of Mexico, originating in the 14th Century Spanish hacienda era and widely regarded as a precursor to modern rodeo. A charreada consists of a series of equestrian suertes (competitions) performed by charros, along with the escaramuza—a highly choreographed, all-female riding event that emphasizes precision, rhythm, and collective movement.
